UVA @ Duke -
This is a key game for UVA and a win will keep them in contention to win the Coastal. Bronco Mendenhall is 3-0 against Duke but the Cavs depend heavily on the run, and the Blue Devils boast one of the best run defenses in the country.

Richmond @ Elon -
After nearly falling to CAA bottom-feeder Albany a week ago, Richmond gets an opportunity for a big CAA win. Elon is missing their top two running backs this week. Richmond's Joe Mancuso is expected to start behind center for the third straight week.

Parker Hall: Richmond 34 Elon 28
Chris Mason: Elon 23 Richmond 14
The Citadel @ VMI -
VMI still has yet to win a game since October 8th 2016, but they have come within three points on two separate occasions this season. The Citadel is just 1-4 on the year and has yet to hold an opponent to under 25 points.

North Carolina Central @ Norfolk State -
Norfolk State is having a solid year so far but were shutout in their last contest, 17-0. Thankfully, they were on a bye last week and have had time to rest. The Spartans host a fairly weak MEAC foe, NCCU this week and have an excellent chance to improve to 4-2.
CJ Sweat: NCCU 28 Norfolk State 17
Parker Hall: Norfolk State 30 NCCU 14
Chris Mason: NCCU 27 Norfolk State 24
Idaho State @ Liberty -
A week after Liberty earned their best win in school history, defeating Troy 22-16, they are back home for homecoming against an FCS opponent. However, keep in mind that Liberty finished just 6-5 as an FCS team a year ago and that Idaho State is barely outside the top 25. With the Flames off an emotional win from a week ago, this has the recipe for an upset.
CJ Sweat: Liberty 52 Idaho State 20
Parker Hall: Liberty 42 Idaho State 24
Chris Mason: Liberty 30 Idaho State 27
Maine @ William & Mary
The Black Bears are currently ranked 20th in FCS and fighting for a playoff spot, while William & Mary is just simply fighting for a winning season. William & Mary's offense needs some serious work though as they have only scored more than 20 points once this season.
CJ Sweat: William & Mary 17 Maine 14
Parker Hall: Maine 35 William & Mary 22
Chris Mason: Maine 49 William & Mary 18
ODU @ Western Kentucky
Both ODU and WKU came into the year with expectations of reaching a bowl game. At the midway point though, both find themselves one loss away from being eliminated from bowl eligibility. Keep in mind that the Monarchs have faced a brutal schedule these past four weeks and have mostly held their own. Oh and by the way, Oshane Ximines currently leads the country in sacks with 8.5.
